摘要
目的:探讨左半结肠急症手术中单层吻合的应用。方法:选取2006年6月-2012年6月收治的26例梗阻性左半结肠癌和5例结肠严重外伤破裂急症手术中行一期单层吻合术的患者,分析手术适应证。结果:本组29例患者顺利恢复,2例发生吻合口漏,经治疗后痊愈出院。结论:左半结肠急症手术中行一期单层吻合,可避免二次手术的痛苦,安全可行。
Objective ：To discuss the application value of single-layer anastomosis in emergency operation of left colon.Methods ：26 cases with obstructive carcinoma of left colon and 5 cases with left colon rupture were reviewed from Jun 2006 to Jun 2012.All the patients were given operation and single- layer anastomosis for tract reconstructlon.We analyzed the application value of single-layer anastomosis and surgical indications.Results ：29 cases in this group were healed, anastomotic tube leakage were 2 cases.Conclusion ：It is safe to carry out single-layer anastomosis for tract reconstruction in emergency operation of left colon, avoid second operation.
