摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在急诊泌尿生殖外科疾病中的应用价值。方法:使用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对2009年2月至2011年10月广东省佛山市南海区第二人民医院收治的285例泌尿生殖系统急诊患者进行检查,比较初诊结果与最终临床诊断结果。结果:本组285例患者中临床确诊为泌尿系统结石210例、急性附睾炎27例、睾丸炎11例、阴囊血肿9例、睾丸破裂3例、阴茎海绵体断裂4例、阴茎海绵体假性动脉瘤2例、睾丸扭转6例、肾外伤13例。彩色多普勒超声诊断正确率分别为94.8%、92.6%、90.9%、100.0%、100.0%、75.0%、100.0%、66.8%、92.3%。结论:彩色多普勒超声在急诊泌尿生殖系统外科疾病中具有十分重要的诊断价值。
Objective： To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasonography in genitourinary surgical emergencies. Methods： We conducted color Doppler ultrasonography in 285 patients with genitourinary surgical emergency admitted to Nanhai Second People＇s Hospital of Foshan between February 2009 and October 2010 for comparison on admission diagnosis and final clinical diagnosis. Results： Of 285 patients enrolled in the study, we identified 210 cases with urinary tract calculus, 27 with acute epididymitis, ll with orchitis, 9 with scrota] hematoma, 3 with testicular rupture, 4 with fracture of penis spongy body, 2 with penis pseudoaneurysm, 6 with testicular torsion and 13 with renal trauma, suggesting diagnostic accuracy of 94.8% , 92.6% , 90.9% , 100%, 100%, 75. 0%, 100%, 66. 8% and 92. 3% for color Doppler uhrasonography, respectively. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasonography has considerably high diagnostic value in patients with genitourinary surgical emergency.
