p53上调凋亡调控因子在肿瘤中的作用及其在口腔癌研究中的新进展 被引量:2

摘要 p53上调凋亡调控因子(p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis,PUMA)是新发现的具有强大促凋亡作用的蛋白家族成员,可抑制肿瘤的发生并且诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡,是非常有前景的肿瘤基因治疗靶点。本文就PUMA与肿瘤发生发展的关系进行综述,并对其在口腔癌研究中的新进展做一相关介绍。
