摘要
目的探讨口腔医疗纠纷发生的原因及防范要点。方法回顾性分析乌鲁木齐市口腔医院149例医疗纠纷患者的投诉原因和纠纷解决情况,总结防范与处理医疗纠纷的措施。结果 149例医疗纠纷中有70例是由医疗质量问题引起,占全部纠纷的47.0%,其次是由医患沟通不良引起,有46例,占30.9%。经科室和医务科协调,149例纠纷均得以顺利解决。结论口腔医疗纠纷主要原因是医疗质量问题。提高医疗质量,加强医患沟通,是防范医疗纠纷的重要措施。
Objective To study reasons and preventing approaehes for stomatology medical disputes complaints. Methods Retrospective analysis of 149 cases of medical dispute complaints occun'ed in the Urumqi City stomatological hospital was conducted on the respect of reasons and solutions. Results One hundred and forty-nine cases of medical disputes were due to the quality of the medical treatment, accounted for 47% , and the seeond common reason was poor communication between doctors and patients with 46 cases, aceounting fi)r 30.9%. All the 149 disputes were solved with the eoordination from medical department. Conclusion The main reason tot medical disputes is the quality of the medi- cal treatment. It is important to to improve the medical quality, as well as to strengthen the communication between den- tists and patient.
