摘要
718模块试制采用EBT+LF+VD+模铸19、36吨大钢锭+红送锻造中心锻造+退火+探伤+调质+探伤检验+入库生产工艺。大钢锭锻造模块718钢冶炼工艺的研究结果表明:控制好化学成分、气体[H]、[O]及非金属夹杂物含量,可使大钢锭的冶金质量达到较高水平。统计数据表明,试制生产的厚度300/600mm塑料模具钢718模块完全可满足用户要求。
718 die block is trial-produced by production process of EBT + LF + VD + mould casting 19,36 ton ingots + forging the hot charged ingots + annealing + flaw detection + quenching and tempering + flaw detection + storage. The research result of melting process of big 718 die steel ingots for forging blocks shows that good control of chemical compositions, contents of gas [H],[O] and non-metallic inclusions can improve the metallurgical quality of big ingots to reach a higher level. Statistical data shows that the trial-produced plastic die steel 718 block with thickness of 300/600mm can meet the requirements of customers completely.
