通过对碱液回收锅炉用TP304LGr.A-1冶金复合管的材料优化、离心浇铸、热挤压、热处理及冷轧工艺进行试验和工艺研究,掌握了TP304LGr.A-1冶金复合管工业生产的基本工艺参数,为该类复合无缝管材的国产化提供了数据支持和工业化量产依据。
Based on the optimization of metallurgy composite seamless tube steel TP304L/Gr.A-lfor recovery boiler of alkali liquor as well as test and study on the centrifugal casting, heat treatment and cold rolling process, the basic parameters for producing the above mentioned tube were obtained, which provides data support for its production in China and basis for commercial production of this kind of combined seamless steel tube.
