摘要
渗碳是金属热处理的一个重要过程,渗碳控制的好坏,决定了零件的机械性能。文中介绍一种适于微机控温用的FUZZY控制器的结构及其算法,并提出一种碳势模糊控制算式。
Carbonization is a significant procedure in heat treatment of metal. The mechanical behaviour of the parts greatly depends on the quality of carbonization control. The construction and al-gorithm of a fuzzy controller suitable for microco mputer-based temperature control are introdu-ced in this paper and a carbon potential fuzzy control algorithm is Presented.
