摘要
针对大坝发电公司2号炉和4号炉在运行中锅炉受热面管材腐蚀的问题,通过对2号炉和4号炉在运行中产生高温硫化腐蚀的过程进行分析,阐述了锅炉产生高温硫腐蚀的机理,提出锅炉受热面预防高温硫腐蚀的方法。分析结果表明:高温硫化腐蚀是燃煤锅炉受热面管材腐蚀的主要原因。
Aiming at the boiler heating surface pipe corrosion problems of dam generates electricity company boiler No. 2 and No. 4 boiler in operation, analyzes the No. 2 and No. 4 furnace in the furnace produced in the operation of high temperature sulfidation process, elaborated the boiler high temperature sulfur corrosion mechanism, put forward the method of prevent high temperature corrosion of boiler heating surface. Analysis of the results showed that: high temperature sulphidization corrosion of heating surface of coal-fired boiler tubing corrosion is the main reason.
