摘要
网络技术为人们之间的信息交流提供了新的途径。随着社会问题和公共问题的日趋复杂化,网络舆情对政府的治理模式也提出了严峻的挑战。如何提高地方政府应对网络舆情的能力,是当今网络信息时代一个重要的理论课题。而从舆情视角来考察政府治理,对促进我国社会主义民主政治建设有着重要的意义。
The current network has provided the safeguard for the communication among people. With the in-creasing social problems and public issues, the Internet public opinion has also proposed the stern challenge to gov-ernment＇s governing pattern. The traditional paradigm new development under the network background. How of governance has already been very difficult to adapt to the to enhance the ability of the local authority to deal with the Internet public opinion is an important topic now. Inspecting the government governing from the Internet public o-pinion meets the need of the social development in China, and has the important theoretical significance to promote the socialist, democratic and political construction.
