摘要
城市群、都市圈、产业带和经济区等的不断涌现,使得跨行政区域的城市群和产业带研究正在成为区域经济研究的热点.借助基尼系数的产业结构和产业效应分解,研究1995～2009年辽宁沿海经济带区域经济发展差异.产业结构的分解表明,第二、第三产业的发展差异是导致辽宁沿海经济带区域经济发展差异的第一和第二大因素;产业效应的分解显示,集中效应是引起区域经济发展差异变化的最主要因素,产业结构的重组亦是区域经济发展差异扩大的主要因素.采用主成分分析方法研究辽宁沿海经济带区域经济发展的空间差异,认为大连、营口、盘锦沿线的经济发展水平较高,盘锦、锦州、葫芦岛渤海沿岸与大连、丹东黄海沿岸的经济发展水平相对较弱.
With the acceleration of China＂s urbanization,more and more urban agglomerations, metro- politan areas, industrial belts and economic areas come into being; therefore, the study on urban ag- glomerations and industrial belts which cover different administrative regions has become a hot re- search issue. Through analyzing and decomposing terms of Gini coefficient,this article explores the of industrial structures and industrial effects in causes of the economic development disparities of Liaoning coastal economic belt. The decomposing of industrial structures indicates that,development differences in the secondary industry and in the tertiary industry are the two most important factors responsible for the development disparities in regional economy. The decomposing of industry effects indicates that, both of the centralization effects and the recombination of industrial structures con- tribute mainly to the （increasing） economic development disparities in different regions. Based on the analysis above and by way of main component analysis,the spatial differences in Liaoning coastal eco- nomic belt＇s development are also shown, the coastal line of Dalian-Yingkou-Panjin enjoys higher level of economic development level; while the Bohai Sea line of Panjin-Jinzhou-Huludao and the Yellow Sea line of Dalian-Dandon are, lower. Finally,several policies and measures are put forward for the purpose of spatial integration of Liaoning coastal economic belt.
