摘要
通过对性别平等纳入村民自治政策议程的分析可以发现,中国非政府妇女组织对公共政策议程的形成有所参与并形成了影响,它们在将社会性别平等纳入政策话语中发挥了独特作用,这展现了转型期中国公共政策制定中的多元视角和非政府组织的动态参与。
The analysis of gender equality in villagers＇ autonomous policy indicates that Chinese non-government remale organizations participate in the formation of public policy precedures and exert their influence, and they develop specific function in introducing social gender equality into political discourse. And it reveals multi-perspective in public policy making in transitional China and non-government organizations＇ dynamic participation.
