摘要
目的探讨快速血糖仪测定毛细血管血糖与全自动生化分析仪测定静脉血浆血糖结果的相关性及差异性。方法对我院2011年6～12月期间308例血糖检测对象进行静脉血糖及毛细血管血糖检测,观察两种检测方法的血糖值并进行比较分析。结果测得毛细血管血糖与静脉血浆测得的血糖值分别为(11.83±4.79)mmol/L和(10.76±3.84)mmol/L,毛细血管血糖测得值较静脉血浆测得值高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。二者相关性分析呈正相关(r=0.968),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论明确毛细血管血糖测定的影响因素并定期与静脉血浆测得的血糖值进行对比,可以为临床提供更为准确的血糖检验结果。
Objective To explore the difference and correlation between blood glucose meter and autoanalyz- er. Methods 308 diabetes or non - diabete patients were collected from 2011.01 to 12 in our hospital, capiillary blood glucose （CBG） were measured by blood glucose meter, and venous plasma glucose （VPG） were measured as well as by autoanalyzer. Then the results were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of capillary blood glucose （ 11.92±4. 82 ） was signi？ cantly higher than that of autoanalyzer（ 10. 85 ± 3.92 ） （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparison study showed the correlation between those two methods was positive （ r = 0.977 ,p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Definitude the affecting factors in capillary blood glucose, through controlling the affecting factors and comparison on blood glucose meter and autoanalyzer regularly, the more accurate glucose results may be provided for clinical use.
