摘要 为提高温室大棚除雪机的除雪效率,本文运用机械波形成和传递原理,设计了一种新型温室大棚除雪机。该除雪机整体由转动机构,传动机构,卷膜机构组成。转动动作由曲柄摇杆机构实现,传动动作由齿轮机构、链轮机构实现,卷膜动作由薄片圆盘实现,并用ProE软件对A点中心轴的动态特性进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,随着曲柄转速的增加,A点的速度受到的影响较小,而加速度波动变大,致使系统不稳定,并产生冲击。因此,除雪机在满足性能要求的前提下,应尽量减小曲柄处电机的转速。该除雪机将简单的曲柄摇杆机构和微动可调机构有机整合到一体,能高效、快速、准确地清除大棚积雪,实现了复杂的除雪功能。 This paper studied a new machine to clean the accumulated snow in the big greenhouse sheds by utilizing the mechanical wave transmission theory. This snow removal machine consists of three parts, ro- tating mechanism, transmission mechanism, and rolling film mechanism. The rotational movement is a- chieved by crank-rocker mechanism and the transmission movement is realized by gear systems and sprock et-wheel.systems. The round body is regard as a tool to accomplish the rolling film movement. By utilizing the software ProE to simulate the dynamic characteristic of the central axis at point A, we conclude that the increase of speed of the crank has a small impact on the velocity of point A, but it can cause accelera- tion fluctuation which would lead to instability of the system. Therefore, the rotation speed of motor should be as low as possible based on the realization of the machine function. This snow removal machine combines the simple crank-rocker mechanism with micro adjustable mechanism and it is efficient, accurate and fast in removing the accumulated snow.
