Design of Parallel Current-Sharing in Switch Power Supply

摘要 针对开关电源并联均流系统的不稳定性,本文基于单片机的自动选主均流模式,设计了一种开关电源并联均流系统,并对该系统进行了试验验证,试验结果表明,当主模块正常工作时,单片机PWM按照支路电流进行调节达到均流目的;当主模块故障时,单片机PWM按照输出压进行调节,取代主模块。该系统与传统的主从模块设置法相比,除了具有输出电压稳定性高、均流精度高的特性外,还提高了系统的可靠性。 For instability of the system of parallel current-sharing in switch power supply, in this paper, we designed a system of parallel current-sharing in switch power supply, using the automatic main selection current-sharing mode based on MCU, and the system was verified by experiments. The results showed that,when the main module was working normally,the PWM of MCU was adjusted according to the branch currents;when the main module had fault,the PWM of MCU was adjusted in accordance with the voltage of power supply and the slave module replaced the main module . Compared with the traditional master- slave setting method, this system has high current-sharing accuracy, voltage regulation accuracy and system reliability.
