摘要
针对档案著录工作的实践需要,系统比较了2000年9月发布的《国际档案著录规则(总则)》修订版与1999年12月实施的我国《档案著录规则》行业标准微观结构及其功能,着重分析了其存在的缺陷,从理论上作了有益探索并撰写了启示,以期为我国档案著录标准的修订提供参考。
The professional standard of Chinese archival description released in 1999. The second edition of General International Standard Archival Description issued in 2000. Having made a systemic comparison of their microstructures and functions, this paper puts forward the optimal measures for our national standard.
