山东省胶东地区麦田小麦孢囊线虫田间侵染研究 被引量:10

Study on Wheat Field Infection of Cereal Cyst Nematode in Jiaodong Region of Shandong Province

摘要 2010年10月~2011年5月,在城阳、胶州和莱阳的3个小麦样田定期取样,在实验室内检测土壤中的小麦孢囊线虫(CCN)的孢囊、2龄幼虫和根组织内的各虫态。结果表明,2010年秋冬3地样田土壤中未检测到游离的2龄幼虫及其对根系的侵染;2龄幼虫进入土壤的始期为2011年3月初,高峰期为3月下旬至4月上旬;由于干旱等不利的土壤条件,2龄幼虫对根系的侵染直到4月初才发生在城阳样田中,而胶州和莱阳由于其更严重的土壤干旱状况,侵染又向后分别推迟了约20天和30天;根系内CCN从2龄到4龄幼虫的发育,在城阳和胶州出现在4月下旬~5月中旬,在莱阳则出现在5月中下旬;成虫突破根系,在城阳和胶州出现在5月中旬,在莱阳出现在5月下旬,异常干旱强烈抑制CCN的冬后侵染。 The samples were periodically collected from three wheat samp!ing fields in Chengyang, Jiaozhou and Laiyang from October of 2010 to May of 2011, and the cysts and 2 -instar larva (J2s) in soil and various stages of cereal cyst nematode (CCN) in root tissues were detected in laboratory. It was found that the free J2s in soil or their infection to roots were not detected in autumn and winter of 2010 ; the beginning for J2s entering soil was the early March of 2011 and the peak phase was from the late ten days of March to the early ten days of April. For the adverse conditions such as severe drought, the root infection of J2s did not oc- cur until early April in Chengyang sampling field, while that were delayed by about 20 days and 30 days in Jiaozhou and Laiyang respectively. The CCN development from J2s to J4s in roots occurred during late April to middle May in Chengyang and Jiaozhou, and during middle and late May in Laiyang. The adults protruded out of root in the middle May in Chengyang and Jiaozhou, and in the late May in Laiyang. The results indicated that the severe drought inhibited the CCN infection strongly.
