摘要
研究了纤维素在不同养护湿度、不同养护方法及不同龄期下对砂浆抗折强度和抗渗性的影响,探讨了纤维素砂浆复合材料的微观模型。结果表明,掺加纤维素的砂浆后期抗折强度随龄期的增长而增大;养护湿度增大,纤维素砂浆的抗折强度降低;纤维素砂浆应采取湿-干养护方式,纤维素能与水泥水化产物相互融合,促进其强度提高;掺加纤维素的混凝土后期抗渗性能有明显提高。
The effects of cellulose with different curing humidity, curing conditions and curing period on the flexural strength of mortar and anti-permeability of concrete are studied. And the microstructure model of cellulose mortar is discussed. The results show that the later flexural strength of the mortar with cellulose is enhanced with the increasing curing period, and the flexural strength of the cellulose mortar decreases with the increasing curing humidity. The cellulose and mortar can syneretize with each other to make the flexural strength increase, while taking the humid-dry curing condition for cellulose mortar. The later anti- permeability of concrete can obviously increase while adding the cellulose.
