摘要
目的:探讨运动发育推拿法对脑瘫儿童精细运动功能障碍的疗效。方法:选取复旦大学附属儿科医院康复中心门诊脑瘫患儿45例,进行运动发育推拿法治疗,采用精细运动功能评估量表进行疗效判定。结果:经过3个月的治疗后,大部分患儿肌张力有所降低,抓握、手眼协调能力有所提高,精细运动功能分值从治疗前的(51.42±13.14)分上升到治疗后的(55.53±10.81)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:运动发育推拿法治疗小儿脑瘫精细运动功能障碍有明显效果。
Objective：To explore the effectiveness of the motor development massage treating the fine motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.Method：Forty five child patients were treated with the motor development massage and at the same time their treatment effectiveness was determined with fine motor function assessment scale.Result：After three months treatment,the muscle tension of the most children decreased.Their grab and eye-hand coordination were improved.The score of the fine motor function increased from（51.42 ± 13.14） before treatment to（55.53 ± 10.81） after treatment,whose difference had statistical significance（P〉0.001）.Conclusion：The motor development massage has obvious effectiveness in treating the fine motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.
