血清脂蛋白(a)与冠心病 被引量：5

摘要 当前，鬼心病（coronaryheartdisease，CHD）仍然是发达国家的头号健康杀手，但近年来，其在我国的发病率也呈迅速增长趋势。研究表明，CHD的发生除与高脂血症、高血压、吸烟等危险因素相关外，还与血清脂蛋白（a）[Lp（a）]水平增高相关，Lp（a）与CHD的关系也越来越引起学者的关注。
