摘要
为全面提高沥青混凝土路面的使用性能,采用SBS改性沥青、对四种不同掺量添加剂的沥青混合料进行高温抗车辙能力、低温开裂能力及水稳定性的性能对比试验,结果表明,Duroflex改性的沥青混合料,具有较好的高温抗车辙能力和低温抗裂能力,水稳定性也有很大改善。使用该添加剂增强沥青与集料之间的黏结力,解决路面早期损坏问题,改善公路路面技术质量,提高经济效益和社会效益。
In order to improve the bituminous pavement performance, this paper selects SBS Modified Asphalt and asphalt mixtures with four different mixing amount of additives, and makes a comparative study on the rut resistance under high temperature, the anti-crack ability under low temperature, and the water resistance. The results of the above study indicate that the bituminous mixture with Duroflex has been improved greatly in such aspects as higher temperature anti-rutting, lower temperature anti-cracking and anti-water properties. Duroflex additive can strengthen the combining capacity between bitumen and aggregates. It can also solve the problem of early damage of road surface, improve quality of technology in the highway pavement and promote both social and economic benefits.
