摘要
三明林产业发展基础好,但发展仍处于自发的无序状态,各产业发展不平衡,给资源带来较大的浪费、给环境造成一定的破坏。林业作为一项重要的公益事业和基础产业,承担着生态建设和林产品供给的重要任务,资源的合理配置至关重要。林业大系统中各产业层的资源具有不同的应用特点,三明市可根据自身林产业状况,着力构建产业协同型林业资源的综合利用模式,挖掘资源优势,促进资源利用模式的改革,切实提升资源利用效益,实现林产业可持续发展。
As an important basic industry and public welfare, forestry industry is one of the traditional industries in Sanming city （Fujian Province, P. R. China） which bearing an important task of the ecological construction and forest products supply. And the rational allocation of forestry resources is also very important. The foundation of forestry industry development in Sanming is good, but the problems of unbalance development and wasting resource become serious. Aiming at these problems, this paper analyzes the present situation and the resource application features in forestry system in Samming, focusing on how to realize the sustainable development of forest industry. The paper proposed to construct the industrial cooperative resource utilization patterns of forestry industry, improve resources use efficiency and promote the reform of resource utilization patterns.
