文章探讨了控制性详规中的可持续原则，提出如何在规划决策中加强可持续观；提高规划的科学性和可操作性，更好地完善、发展控制性详细规划，以推动城市建设。
The article discusses sustainable principle in regulatory detoiled planning,and points out how to enhance sustainable thought in decision-marking of planning,and improve the scientific dependability and practicability of planning,to make regulatory detailed planning better and to propel urban construction.
