摘要
目的探讨老年淋巴瘤患者的人格特点和心理护理的措施。方法利用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对43例老年淋巴瘤患者和43例正常对照人群进行测试;两组间的E、P、N、L量表评分比较采用独立样本的t检验,比较两组间的人格类型构成比用χ2检验。结果淋巴瘤患者的内外向(E)分值(47.40±7.46)低于对照组(52.09±6.20)(t=-3.176,P<0.05),神经质(N)分值(53.53±9.69)高于对照组(45.51±7.18)(t=4.364,P<0.01),淋巴瘤患者表现为内向不稳定性人格。结论不良人格特征可能是恶性肿瘤发生、发展的重要因素之一,对病人做针对性心理护理可以减轻病人痛苦,可能对癌肿消退起到积极作用。
Objective To investigate personality characteristics and mental nursing of senile patients with lymphoma.Methods Case-contol study 43 elderly patients with lymphoma and 43 normal control subjects were assessed with Eysenck Personality Questionaire（EPQ）.Independent samples t-test was applied to compare E、P、N、L scales between the two groups.Chi-square test was performed to determine the distribution of Personality types between two groups.Results E scale of lymphoma patients（47.40±7.46）is lower than that of control groups（52.09±6.20）（t=-3.176,P〈0.05）,N scale of lymphoma patients（53.53±9.69） is higher than that of latter（45.51±7.18）（t=4.364,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Negative personality characteristics may be one of the important actors of malignant tumor occurrence and development.Psychological care of the patient can be to alleviate the suffering of patients,likely to play a positive role in cancer subside.
