摘要
从材料力学理论的角度出发 ,将天然气长输管线作为一个受均匀荷载的连续型的地支梁 ,对管道的弹性沉降进行了研究。通过对钢管本身强度、焊缝强度、挠度的计算 ,在确保安全的前提下计算出钢管的弹性沉降量。结合实例 ,制定管道弹性沉降施工方案。
Basd on mechanics of materils,the natural gas long distance transmission pipeline is studied as a catilever beam with continuous uniformed load for its elastic subsidence. By calculating steel pipeline strength, welding seam strenth and deflection, under the premise of insuring safety, the elastic subsidence quantity of the steel pipeline is figured out.At the same time, by using examples in practice, the construction method for elastic subsidence of pipeline are stipulated.
