摘要
综述了国内外关于交直流电场下交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘的空间电荷特性的相关研究,从空间电荷的产生和测试、场强和温度对空间电荷分布的影响、微观形态和处理工艺对XLPE绝缘内空间电荷积累的影响、XLPE绝缘老化特性与空间电荷分布的关系等论述了XLPE绝缘空间电荷的研究进展,最后指出空间电荷测试技术为XLPE电缆绝缘状态评估提供了可行的手段。
The characteristic of space charge in crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE) insulation under AC and DC electric field was reviewed.The progress of space charge in XLPE insulation was discussed from the effects of the formation and testing of space charge,the influence of field strength and temperature on the space charge distribution,the impact of micro morphology and treatment technique on the space charge accumulation and the relation between space charge distribution and XLPE insulation aging behavior.It is concluded that space charge testing technology can provide a feasible way to estimate the XLPE cable insulation condition.
