探讨了哲学素质与人文素质的关系，提出哲学素质是人文素质的核心，提升人文精神必须弘扬哲学精神，培养人文素质必须培养哲学素质.
This paper approaches the connection between philosophy qualities and cultual qualities, raises that Philosophy qualitics are the nucleus of cultural qualities, that the promotion of cultural spirit demands deveoping philosophy spirit, and that the cultivation of cultural qualities demands trainin philosophy qualihes.
