摘要 以全寿命周期理论为基础,将其运用到建筑领域,从而把住宅建筑全寿命周期边界划定为6个阶段并对其各阶段进行能耗研究,列出了各阶段能耗的简单计算公式。运用DeST-h软件对建筑运行阶段的能耗进行了模拟计算,并以此进行了实例的运用分析,最后提出了住宅建筑在全寿命阶段的节能措施。通过对住宅建筑全寿命周期能耗分析,有助于人们对建筑运行能耗以外的其他隐性能耗加以重视,从而更全面的促进建筑的节能减排。 The life-cycle theory is applied to building. The life-cycle boundary of residential building is delineated for six stages, and all stages of energy are expounded, depicting the simple formula of energy consumption at various stages. The energy consumption of the building is simulated with DeST-h software, and instances are analyzed. The energy saving measures of residential building in the life-cycle stages are proposed. We will concentrate on other hidden energy consumption so as to promote more comprehensive architectural energy-sav- ing emission reduction through the life-cycle analysis on energy consumption in residential buildings.
