摘要
用改进的高效液相色谱-紫外吸收方法(HPLC-UV)对8个北方桑树品种中的1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)含量测定。结果表明:0.05 mol/L HCl提取桑树叶片DNJ,经9-芴甲基酰氯(FMOC-Cl)衍生化,可快速而比较准确地测定桑树叶片中DNJ含量。8个桑树品种中部叶片的DNJ含量高于上、下部叶片,北方当地品种"泰来桑"叶片中DNJ含量高于外引品种。
1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ)contents of eight northern mulberry varieties were measured by modified high performance liquid chromatography.The results show that 0.05 mol L-1HCl mulberry leaf extract DNJ,by 9-fluorene methyl chloride(FMOC-Cl)derivatization,can quickly and more accurately determine mulberry leave's DNJ content.The DNJ content in 8 varieties of mulberry is higher than that of the upper leaves and lower leaves,and the DNJ content of the leaves of the local variety of "Taylor Sang"is higher than species from the ouside.
