论述某住宅小区内浇外砌三层住宅增建三层房屋的结构设计和施工经验,特别是解决新旧结构连接部分的设计和施工问题,可供同类房屋和混凝土剪力墙结构房屋的加层工程参考.
This paper introduces some design-build experiences on a residence extension project. The original residence is a 3 stories masonry-concrete structure (floor slabs and internal loadbearing walls are reinforced concrete, external walls are brick masonry). The residence is added 3 stories for extension.
