摘要
三江源和环青海湖地区生态脆弱、贫困面广、贫困程度深。本文就如何处理好上述地区生态保护与社会经济发展、贫困农牧民脱贫致富之间的矛盾,实现生态保护与扶贫开发有机结合进行了思考,并提出了基本思路和对策措施。
There are ecologically fragile and a wide range of poverty and deep levels of poverty regions around Qinghai Lake and Sanjiangyuan. Some ideas and countermeasures are pointed out on how to deal with eeological protection , socio- economic development and poverty alleviation and development in the paper.
