摘要
文章从保护观念的更新，保护制度的完善，保护资金资助与保护利用 实践等方面，考察分析了近年来日本近代建筑保护与再利用的实践经验。
This paper is based on the exploration and analysis of four sources: the revolution in ideas and attitude, the promotion of legal system, the funds and financial aid, as well as the real application and practice related to urban conservation, which nourished the conservation and reuse of pre-modem architecture in Japan in recent years.
