摘要
目的观察滋阴清热法对男性不育症阴虚湿热证的临床疗效。方法选择60例中医辨证为阴虚湿热证的男性不育症患者,采用滋阴清热法治疗,并与西药对照组56例患者进行比较,对治疗前后的精液不液化疗效、精子活力、正常形态精子率、慢性前列腺炎NIH-CPSI评分、精浆白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等方面进行比较。结果治疗组对精液不液化疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后精子活力、正常形态精子率明显提高,优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组精浆IL-6、TNF-α含量明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组慢性前列腺炎NIH-CPSI评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴清热法能促进精液液化,提高精子活力,调整细胞因子功能,降低炎症反应,促进前列腺的分泌功能。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods on male infertility with deficiency of Yin and damp-heat syndrome. Methods 60 male infertility patients with TCM deficiency of Yin and damp-heat syndrome were treated with nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods as the treatment group. 56 patients were treated with Western Medicine as the control group. Before and after treatments, comparative study between 2 groups was conducted on the indexes of semen liquefaction efficacy, sperm motility, normal sperm morphology rate, chronic prostatitis NIH-CPSI score, seminal plasma IL-6 and TNF-α. Results The treatment group had bet- ter therapeutic efficacy in semen nonliquefaction disease than the control group（P〈0.01）. After treat- ments, sperm motility and normal sperm morphology rate were improved significantly in treat- ment group and the efficacy was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.001）. Compared with control group, seminal plasma IL-6 and TNF-α contents were significantly lower in treat- ment group after treatments; there were significant statistic differences （P〈0.001）. Compared with control group, chronic prostatitis NIH-CPSI score was significantly reduced in treatment group after treatments; there were significant statistic differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing Yin and clearing heat methods can promote semen liquefaction, increase sperm motility, adjust the cytokine functions, reduce inflammation and promote prostate secretion.
