摘要 [目的]研究有机溶剂法提取陈皮黄酮的工艺。[方法]在乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间3个单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法优化陈皮黄酮提取条件,利用Box-Behnken设计模型,研究3个自变量对陈皮黄酮得率的影响。[结果]陈皮黄酮提取的最佳条件为乙醇浓度70%,提取温度73.2℃,提取时间2.25 h,在此条件下陈皮黄酮得率实测值为2.02%(理论值为2.06%)。[结论]采用响应面法得到的提取陈皮中黄酮的工艺条件可靠,对陈皮黄酮的提取有一定的理论指导意义。 [ Objective] To study the extraction process of citrus peels by organic solvent. [ Methodl On the basis of three single factor tests of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time, the extraction conditions of citrus peels were optimized by response surface methodology, and the impact of the three independent variables on the extraction rate of citrus peels was studied with Box-Behnken design model. [ Result] The best extraction conditions were 70% of ethanol concentration, 73.2℃ of extraction temperature, and 2.25 h of extraction time, under which the actual yield of flavonoids was 2.02% , very close to the theoretical value of 2.06%. [ Conclusion] The extraction technology of response surface methodology is reliable, providing theoretical guidance to the extraction of flavonoids from citrus peel.
