刺五加不同药用部位中槲皮素鼠李糖苷的含量比较 被引量:2

Comparisons of Quercetin-rhamnoside Contents among Different Medicinal Parts of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms

摘要 [目的]测定刺五加不同药用部位中槲皮素鼠李糖苷含量,并对结果进行比较,为刺五加合理利用及质量评价提供科学依据。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定刺五加的根、茎、叶、花和果中槲皮素鼠李糖苷含量。色谱条件为:大连江申Nucleosil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为无水甲醇-水(40∶60,V/V),流速为1.1 ml/min,检测波长为370 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。[结果]刺五加各药用部位中槲皮素鼠李糖苷的含量大小顺序为花蕾>叶>果>茎>根。其中,花蕾中槲皮素鼠李糖苷含量最高,为4.43%;其次为叶(0.61%);根中的最低,为0.01%。[结论]该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于刺五加不同部位中的槲皮素鼠李糖苷的含量比较。 [Objective] To determine the content of quercetin-rhamnoside in different medicinal parts of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms and compare them,so as to provide scientific basis for rational utilization and quality evaluation of A.senticosus.[Method] HPLC was used to determine the contents of quercetin-rhamnoside in root,stem,leaf,flower and fruit.HPLC analysis was performed on Dalian Jiangshen Nucleosil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of methyl alcohol-water(V/V,40∶ 60) and flow rate of 1.1 ml/min.The other conditions were: detection wavelength of 370 nm,column temperature of 30 ℃,sampling amount of 10 μl.[Result] Different medicinal parts of A.senticosus were arranged in order of quercetin-rhamnoside content: flower bud 〉 leaf 〉 fruit 〉 stem 〉 root.Content of quercetin-rhamnoside was the highest in flower bud(4.43%),followed by leaf(0.61%),and the least in root(0.01%).[Conclusion] This method was simple,quick and accurate,and can be used for analysis of quercetin-rhamnoside in different medicinal parts of A.senticosus
