摘要
小区是城市构成中的有机组成部分,城市居住小区的规划建设,随着社会经济的发展,其各方面的要求都将越来越高。本文从可持续发展以及适应时代发展需要的原则出发,结合当前小区规划建设的现状及存在的弊端,对小区未来的发展趋势作了预测分析。
Community is an integral part of Urban structure.It is increasing with the social and economic development that the requirement of the planning and construction of urban residential area.This paper is on the basis of sustainable development and the principle of the development needs of the times,combined with the current status of planning and construction of residential and existing shortcomings.Finally,the future trend of community was analyzed predictively.
