摘要
提出了一种THz输能窗及天线一体化结构,并利用三维电磁仿真软件对其进行模拟计算。计算结果表明这种结构在0.20 THz~0.24 THz范围内的驻波比小于1.5,而所需蓝宝石窗片厚度为0.3 mm,是已知盒型窗窗片厚度的在2倍。这表明在相同工艺条件下,这种结构可以工作在相同厚度窗片盒形窗的2倍工作频率。此外,这种结构还集成了小型天线,减少了太赫兹源的外围波导系统,方便了使用。
An integrated structure of ceramics window and antenna for THz application is proposed and simulated by commercial 3 D electromagnetic simulation software. The results show that the SWR of the structure is smaller 1.5 at 0.20 THz -0.24 THz,but the thickness of the window is just the half as that in a box-shaped window. That means that the new structure may work at the double frequency as a box-shaped window which has a ceramics slice with the same thickness does. Besides, integrated with a mini antenna, the new structure deprives the THz source of peripheral waveguide system,making it more convenient to be used.
