摘要
文章通过对国外铁路货运客服中心的发展以及业务流程情况进行分析,并结合包神铁路运输辐射区经济社会环境、行业机构和自身条件,在上述分析的基础上对包神铁路货运客服中心的服务方式、服务内容、业务流程进行了探讨。
In the paper, the service mode ,service contents and business process of freight customer service centers for Bao - shen railway are discussed through analyzing the development and situations of business process of freight customer service centers for railways abroad as well as combining with the economic and social environment, industries and institu- tions and own conditions of the radiation region for transportation of Bao - shen railway.
