摘要
采用热力模拟实验机,对1Cr5Mo钢的高温物理性能进行了测试。根据测试结果,适当提高轧制温度,延长保温时间,将穿孔变形选择在低强度、高塑性区,可大幅提高无缝钢管合格率。
AbThe physical performances at high temperature of 1Cr5Mo steels are tested with thermo -mechanical simula- tor. The results indicate that the qualified rate of seamless steel tubes could be improved greatly by increasing the rolling tem- perature and holding time as well as make the piercing and deformation at the areas .with low strength and high plasticity.
