挤压半终水泥粉磨工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为更大限度发挥辊压机的节能特点,在将原闭路粉磨系统改为辊压机挤压联合粉磨系统达到增产节能目的后,又通过挤压半终水泥粉磨工艺的试验研究,发现挤压半终水泥粉磨和挤压联合粉磨较闭路粉磨系统的产量分别提高 108%和 78%,电耗分别降低 31.2%和 18.2%,说明挤压半终粉磨工艺是更经济的水泥粉磨工艺。 In order to exert the energy- saving performance of roller press to the largest extent, the original closed- circuit grinding system was modified to roller pressed combined grinding system and the purpose of energy conservation has been achieved. Furthermore, it has been found through the experiment that the output of compressed semi- finished grinding system and pressing combined grinding system is increased by 108% and 78% respectively when compared with that of the closed- circuit system. The electrical consumption is decreased by 31.2% and 18.2% accordingly. The result indicates that compressed semi- finished grinding technology is more economical.
