摘要
目的探讨脑出血患者顽固性呃逆的中医治疗与护理方法。方法对30例脑出血后并发顽固性呃逆患者行针刺双侧内关、攒竹、足三里穴治疗,同时予以中医辨证施护。结果治愈13例,显效15例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%。复发6例,给予同法治疗后治愈。结论对于脑出血伴发的顽固性呃逆进行中医针刺治疗与辨证施护操作方便、疗效肯定,值得临床护理操作应用。
Objective： To explore the cerebral hemorrhage patients with intractable hiccup treated with tradition- al Chinese medicine and nursing methods. Methods： 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with in- tractable hiccup were treated with acupuncture bilateral Neiguan （PC6）, Cuanzhu （BL2）, Zusanli （ST36） acupoint therapy. Results： 13 cases were cured, 15 cases were effecitve and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.33%. 6 recurrent cases were given the same method of cure after treatment. Conclusion： Cerebral hemorrhage associated with intractable hiccup by acupuncture therapy and dialectical nursing of convenient oper- ation, definite curative effect, is worth of the clinical nursing operation application.
