摘要
目的观察经皮穴位神经电刺激治疗急性缺血性脑卒中上肢功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,两组均接受常规的内科药物及康复治疗,治疗组加用经皮穴位神经电刺激治疗上肢功能障碍,疗程为2周。结果治疗组治疗后FMA、MBI评分明显优于对照组。结论经皮穴位神经电刺激治疗急性缺血性脑卒中上肢功能障碍可明显改善患肢运动功能,提高患者日常生活活动能力。
Objective： To study the effect of transutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on acupuncture points in acute stroke patients with upper extremity motor function. Methods： 85 acute stroke patients were randomly di- vided into the treatment group and the control group. All subject were received standardized medical drug and re- habilitation program.In the treatment group, transutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on acupuncture points were used to improve upper extremity motor function. The treatment period was lasted for 2 weeks. Results： In the end of treatment,the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale and the daily life activity ability score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, Conclusion： Transutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on acupuncture points can markedly improve upper extremity motor function and daily life ability in acute stroke patients.
