摘要
铅银浮渣生产硫酸铅过程中形成的氯化银沉淀含银仅为10%~20%,本文采用硫代硫酸钠浸出-锌粉置换工艺从低品位氯化银中回收银,并研究了最佳工艺控制条件。采用此工艺获得的银纯度可达99.90%以上,符合国标IC-Ag99.90牌号银标准。
The silver content in silver chloride precipitation that produced in process of lead sulfate production with lead-silver dross is only 10%~20%.The silver was recovered from low-grade silver chloride with the method of sodium thiosulfate leaching-zinc powder replacement process/The optimal process control conditions was studied. The silver purity would reach over 99.90%after applying this process,and the purity accord with the international standard of silver branch IC-Ag99.90.
