摘要
电动机的电枢主电路包括:电枢绕组电路和电源二部分,属运动控制类的各种交流电动机,具有多相交流电枢绕组电路和逆变器供电的电源。与传统直流电动机原理一样的New DCM,具有直流的电枢绕组电路,通过电子换向器与直流电源相连。逆变器和电子换向器都是功率开关管的桥式电路,硬件电路上不易区分,容易混淆。本文用实例说明电子换向器不是逆变器,换向器构筑直流电枢绕组电路的独特功能,使得它与交流电枢绕组电路完全不同,电枢绕组电感对电动机运行性能的影响也随之不同。
The motor armature main circuit including: the armature winding circuit and power supply, all kinds of motion-control AC motors have the multiphase ac armature winding circuit and inverter power sup- ply. The New DCM , with same principles of the traditional DC machines, has the DC armature winding cir- cuit connected to DC power through electronic commutator. Inverter and electronic commutator is not easy to distinguish from hardware circuit structure, easy to confuse. This paper demonstrates the electronic commu- tator not inverter, the unique functions of the electronic commutator is to make the armature winding circuit as DC circuit, therefore , the armature winding circuits between New DCM and AC motor are completely dif- ferent, the influences of the armature winding inductance to motor performance are different , too.
