摘要
对民勤县大田甜瓜线虫进行了鉴定,并从甜瓜地根际土壤中共分离到5种线虫,其中鉴定到属的有3个,分别隶属短体线虫属、茎线虫属、滑刃线虫属;鉴定到种的有2个,分别为北方根结线虫、短小根结线虫。
The nematodes of melon were identified in field in Minqin County,the results showed that five species of nematodes are separated from the the ground and rhizosphere soils of melon,which three of were identified to Pratylenchus.sp.,Ditylenchus.sp.and Aphelenchoides.sp.In addition,two species of nematodes are identified which Meloidogyne hapla Chitwood and Meloidogyne exigua.
