镁含量对ZL101铝合金液夹杂检测的影响

摘要 文章通过电阻法检测铝合金液夹杂的原理,分析了铝合金中镁含量变化对夹杂产生的影响。实验结果表明,随着镁含量的增加,用电阻法测得电流值降低,非金属杂质增多。 In the article,by the principle of electric resistance method of detecting the inclusion in the aluminum alloy liquid, with the change of magnesium content ,the influence of producing inclusion in thealuminum alloy has been analyzed. The results show that with the addition of magnesium content, by the detection of electric resistance method, the measured current value has decreased and the non-metallic inclusion has addedin the aluminum alloy liquid.
