摘要
针对客车超载设计了一种超载限速系统。一方面通过车载摄像头采集路面限速标志，进行小波去噪处理后，与图片库中图片进行匹配，确定出限速值；另一方面，利用车载光电传感器对车载乘员进行计数，根据乘员数的多少以及路面限速值来确定油门踏板限位器的伸缩量，进而对超载车辆的行驶速度进行限制。
This paper designs a limited speed system for overloaded buses. On the one hand, speed limit signs are collected by vehiclemounted camera. After the collected pictures are denoised with wavelet, the pictures are matched with photos in the photo gallery. Finally, the values of limited speed are determined. On the other hand, the system counts the numbers of passengers by vehiclemounted photoelectric sensor, and according to the number of passengers and the limited speed, the system determines how much the expansion amount of the limiting stopper of accelerator pedal should be taken, and then the speed of the overloaded buses is limited.
