摘要
作为高职院校,不能只培养"技能",更重要的是培养"人"。高职教育要培养合格的"职业人",就必须要加强高职学生的创新意识。高职院校要树立全新的教育理念,合理设置创新教育课程,改善教育教学环境,加强与社会的合作,依托产业办学,对接创新平台,从而促进高职院校学生创新意识的培养。
As a higher vocational college, it should pay more attention to culture a person than skills. Higher vocational education aims at training qualified ＂ Professionists＂, so it must strengthen students＂ innovative consciousness. Higher vocational colleges should set up a brand -new education idea, set reasonable innovative education curricula, improve the educational and teaching environment, strengthen the cooperation with society, run the school relying on the industry, and dock the platform of innovation, so as to promote the cultivation of students＂ innovative consciousness in higher vocational colleges.
