摘要
对某钼铋矿石进行选矿工艺试验研究,经过工艺方案探索试验后决定采用"浮钼—铋硫混浮—化学浸铋"的联合工艺流程。闭路试验获得含Mo50.72%、Bi2.88%,Mo回收率67.84%的钼精矿和含Bi9.02%、Mo0.82%,Bi回收率64.60%的铋硫粗精矿,铋硫粗精矿采用化学浸出,获得的氯氧铋品位为70.06%,铋回收率为57.69%。
Mineral processing test and research are done for a molybdenum-bismuth ore, the combined process flow of "flotation molybdenum-bismuth & sulphur bulk flotation-bismuth chemical leaching" will be adopted after exploratory option test. In closed- circuit test, molybdenum concentrate with Mo of 50.72%, Bi of 2.88% and Mo recovery of 67.84%; bismuth & sulphur rougher concentrate with Bi of 9.02%, Mo of 0.82% and Bi recovery of 64.60% are obtained. Chemical leaching is adopted for bismuth & sulphur rougher concentrate, by which chlorine-oxygen bismuth grade of 70.06% and bismuth recovery of 57.69% will be obtained.
