老年2型糖尿病患者合并抑郁症的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨抑郁症与老年2型糖尿病间的关系。方法老年2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者32例,老年无抑郁症的2型糖尿病患者30例,均用抑郁自评量表评估,检测相关临床指标。结果老年2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的病程、体质指数、糖化血红蛋白、慢性并发症的发生率明显高于无抑郁症的老年2型糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病合并抑郁症可能与患者病程长、肥胖、血糖控制差、合并多种慢性并发症有关。
