门冬胰岛素30治疗初发2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察门冬胰岛素30治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择初发2型糖尿病患者60例,分为门冬胰岛素泵治疗组和门冬胰岛素30皮下注射组,每组各30例,随访观察15 d,比较2组血糖达标天数、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率及不良反应。结果 2组间血糖达标天数、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率及不良反应差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多次皮下注射门冬胰岛素30是治疗初发2型糖尿病有效、经济的方法之一。
